Lisa is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in strategic planning, organizational growth, and policy advocacy. She has driven significant impact across the government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors by developing strategic frameworks, enhancing operational efficiencies, and cultivating key partnerships. Lisa is recognized as a catalyst for growth and a problem solver with a strong capacity for translating complex challenges into actionable solutions. Lisa brings exceptional skills in navigating and executing high-stakes projects, including leading a multi-million-dollar merger and integrating cross-functional teams.
Early Career
Previously, Lisa held pivotal roles in U.S. Congress and government relations, where she led legislative and policy initiatives and managed relationships with elected officials, trade associations, and nonprofit entities. She led coalitions, aligned organizational priorities with actionable steps, monitored the regulatory landscape, and updated with external stakeholders with timely policy developments.
Lisa received a Master’s in Public Administration from Texas A&M University's Bush School of Government & Public Service. She also holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Music from Arkansas Tech University.
She currently splits her time between Washington, D.C. and Austin, Texas. In her free time, Lisa enjoys voiceover acting, kickboxing, traveling, discovering new podcasts, and hanging out with her Great Pyrenees, Stella.
